Run Forest Run is a passionate running community dedicated to using their talents and love for the great outdoors in a way that positively impacts those less fortunate.

THIS YEAR’S CHALLENGE

We are celebrating our 7th year of expanding horizons and running for good! Join us for this year’s adventure by taking up the challenge to go #FURTHER than you have ever gone before (whether running, hiking or crawling ) – all for a great cause! We will continue our partnership with ForAfrika – who has a vision of creating an Africa that thrives – and raising funds towards their initiatives positively impacting millions of families across Africa.

Hunger is a leading cause of death in Africa’s children According to UNICEF. In low and middle-income countries, undernutrition contributes to about 45% of deaths in children under five.

COMMUNITY CHALLENGE:

You can sign up for any category you want, from running a 2km with your little ones through to taking on the craziness of your first 100miler, we want you to become part of our team! We will be taking on the training together from now until race day on the 8th of July. Physical event – London | Global – Virtual

INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGE:
23-30 JUNE 2023

Rehan Greeff, the Run Forest Run founder, is also embracing the challenge. He will attempt to break the existing solo record for covering the entire 700km distance between the UK National Three Peaks (Ben
Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England, and Snowdon in Wales) – currently 8 days 12 hours 24 minutes. His attempt is planned for 23-30 June 2023.
